Lukla as the Starting and Ending Point: This package is specifically designed to provide services exclusively from "Lukla to Lukla", meaning all trekking activities and services start and finish in Lukla. Travelers are required to arrange their own transportation to Lukla, including flights from Kathmandu or other locations.  

No Pre- or Post-Trek Services: No services such as airport transfers, accommodations, or meals are included before reaching Lukla or after completing the trek in Lukla. Trekkers are advised to book their own logistics, including flights, hotels, and other necessities outside the trek duration.  

Flight Delays and Weather Conditions: Flights to and from Lukla are highly dependent on weather conditions and may experience delays or cancellations. It is strongly recommended to allocate extra buffer days in your travel plan and have flexible return arrangements. Travel insurance that covers flight cancellations is highly advised.  

Trekking Permits: Trekkers must ensure they carry the necessary permits, including the Sagarmatha National Park Permitand the TIMS Card (Trekkers’ Information Management System), as these are not included in the package. Permits should be arranged before arriving in Lukla.
